Main characteristics:
1. The m/c introduces entirely oil pressure and PLC full automatic computer control system. The products have the features like: little weight, high frothing, comfortable to wear, and low cost.
2. Adopting proportion pressure valve and speed control valve to precision control injection quantity & pressure ensure lasting produce high quality products. The high closing force of the mould-holder is realized with hydraulic cylinders that automatically compensate the different moulds' height. The closing of the moulds is assured in every thermal condition.
3. Per station have 2 moulds, per mould can standalone forcing, height of hold mould can auto control by the mould height, so it suit for all kinds of mould. Pressurize jar makes pressure distribute more uniformly for the big size mould, thus increase the mould operating life and products unease appear fash.
